We retain candidate information only for as long as necessary to complete the recruitment process.
If a candidate is not selected for a position, we may retain their information for a limited period in order to consider them for future opportunities.
Unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable data protection laws, candidate data is generally retained for up to 12 months after the recruitment process concludes. The actual retention period may vary depending on applicable legal, regulatory, or business requirements.
At the end of the retention period, or upon a valid request from the candidate, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data retention and deletion practices.
Candidates may request deletion of their personal data at any time, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations requiring its retention.
