UMO is a stealth-mode FinTech venture aiming to evolve the way people experience money by building a unified, AI-powered, yet deeply human modern money platform across fiat, crypto, and investments - subject to regulatory approvals. The platform is being designed to break down traditional barriers to money across access, assets, and experience, enabling simpler, more adaptive ways for people to interact with financial services.

We are currently developing our MVP and navigating licensing requirements, with a multidisciplinary team of 100+ people representing 20+ nationalities. Engineering Environment:

Language: Go (Golang) / TypeScript (optional)

Storage: PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Clickhouse

Transport: gRPC / HTTP / RabbitMQ / Kafka

Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Flux

DevOps: Terraform / Helm (optional)

Metrics & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of high-load microservices
• Design of data pipelines and data storage systems
• Working with queues and asynchronous tasks, data streams, and data lakes
• Writing unit and integration tests
• Performance and resource consumption optimization
• Participation in architectural decision-making
• Production system support

Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial experience in Go development
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience in building DWH systems or data pipelines
• Experience with queue systems and message brokers
• Excellent understanding of concurrency and working with goroutines
• Experience in designing and scaling systems
• Ability to read and improve existing code
• Proficient in Git and Docker
• Experience with PostgreSQL / Redis
• Upper-intermediate or Fluent proficiency with English
