About the Role
As a Frontend Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the engineering efforts for our mission-critical internal tools. This role focuses on building a high-performance, secure, and scalable administrative ecosystem that empowers our internal teams to manage the money platform.
You will combine high-level architectural design with hands-on development, ensuring that our internal tools are as polished and reliable as our customer-facing products. You will lead a squad of developers, defining the technical standards for modular front-end architecture while partnering with Product and UX teams to solve complex operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead the front-end engineering efforts for your squad, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable internal tools.
- Architecture & Design: Define the technical roadmap and architecture for the internal ecosystem, focusing on modularity, performance, and security.
- Hands-on Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code (React/TypeScript) while maintaining a high standard through rigorous code reviews.
- Squad Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to translate complex business logic into intuitive technical solutions.
- Standards & Best Practices: Establish and champion front-end excellence, including UI component libraries, testing strategies (Unit, Integration, E2E), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentorship: Lead and coach a team of front-end developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, ensuring platforms remain highly responsive for internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in Front-end development, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior role (FinTech/High-growth tech preferred).
- Tech Stack Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern state management (Redux Toolkit, React Query, or Zustand).
- Internal Tool Expertise: Proven experience building complex dashboards, financial tools, or enterprise-grade administrative portals.
- Core Fundamentals: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (Tailwind or CSS-in-JS), browser APIs, and web security (OWASP, OAuth2).
- Architecture Knowledge: Strong experience with Micro-frontends, Component-driven development, and API integration (REST/GraphQL).
- Quality Mindset: Extensive experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Soft Skills: Strong English communication skills and the ability to lead a distributed team across different time zones.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- Full Stack Leadership: Experience as a Full Stack Tech Lead in a fast-paced environment.
